About Ruby

Ruby Nash has helped people buy, sell and lease property for nearly eight years, and she has called North Georgia home since 2002. She lives in Flowery Branch and earned her degree at the University of North Georgia. Before real estate, Ruby worked in biology research and development, but she wanted work where every day is different and she gets to be part of big moments in people's lives.

Ruby helps small business owners with retail, office and flex space, whether that's a first storefront or buying a building so they don't have to deal with a landlord anymore. On the residential side, she helps families find the right home and get the keys.

Ruby's clients know she's honest. She stays within your budget, makes sure the numbers make sense, and has even advised clients to walk away from deals that weren't right for them. She also negotiates hard, because it never hurts to ask. Ruby once found a Gainesville nonprofit an off-market building with twice the space and four times the parking they had as renters, for only a little more each month. Another couple came to her to rent a duplex, but Ruby learned a little more about them and found out they weren't sure if they could buy a home. Ruby connected them to a great lender, and they bought their first house, then a second home, and recently bought their first office space.

First-time buyers get a free consultation where Ruby explains the whole process, and she can connect you with lenders who fit your needs and speak your language. She has been named a Top Ten Agent at two brokerages, and she speaks Spanish (¡Habla español!) and some French. Outside of work, Ruby volunteers at the Cornerstone Tabernacle food bank, leads Operation Christmas Child (OCC) for her small group, and teaches in Kids Ministry.
